All plans include FERPA-aware student-name redaction, EXIF metadata stripping on every upload, and Cloudinary-backed media delivery. Donation processing uses your school's own Stripe account — we never hold funds. A flat platform fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation covers Stripe processing; the rest goes straight to your school.

Common questions

Who handles the money?Your school. Donations route directly to your district's Stripe account — SchoolTreasure never touches the funds. The free Teacher tier hides the donate button entirely so individual teachers can't collect outside school oversight.
Can a teacher upgrade later?Yes. A free teacher can link their account to a school when the district signs on. Their existing projects migrate under the school's domain automatically.
What about FERPA?The platform shows student work, not student identities. Public visitors never see student names — that's hard-coded, not a setting. EXIF metadata is stripped from every upload before it reaches storage.
Is there a contract?No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Districts that want an annual contract for budgeting get two months free.
